How can I tell if an item is in stock?
We are currently working with our accounting package's author to get this data live on our website. This feature is currently going through beta testing.
Until it is available, please give us a call Toll-Free at (866) 597-3850 or email sales@toolbarn.com if you need information
on a specific item.
There are some items which are generally drop shipped due to size or weight. If the item you are interested in is too large to ship via UPS, it is likely it will
ship directly from the manufacturer.
What happens if an item is on backorder?
If an item is on backorder, we will attempt to contact you as soon as we know about it. You have the option of cancelling
the order at that time, or waiting until the backorder is filled to receive your product. Some manufacturers don't inform us of
backorders, so we attempt to stay on top of all the orders as best as we can. However, due to the large volume of orders
we've been receiving lately, it is becoming ever increasingly difficult to stay on top of those. We are continuing to develop
new technology integrated into our website to help address these problems.
Are your products new or refurbished?
Unless specifically noted by the word "Refurb" or "Refurbished" in the name of the item, all products on our website are new. We don't carry refurb on our website on a regular basis,
because by the time we get it added to our website, most of the items have been sold at the front counter.
Can you get other items than those listed on your website?
As long as we are set up with the specific manufacturer, we can get any product within their tool lines. If you are in need of replacement parts,
check out our other website at ToolPartsDirect.com. If you are interested in a non-listed tool,
please email us at sales@toolbarn.com and we'll assist in getting a special order placed.
