The 12 amp motor offers impressively high performance and overload protection at the same time, and it's capable of 490 RPM and 3,300 BPM. Its 8 ft.-lbs. of impact energy provides fast drilling and powerful chipping, while the rear handle mount makes it more comfortable to use in down drilling applications. The rubber grip reduces the vibrations you feel as you work, plus the factory-set clutch reduces sudden high torque reactions if the bit jams.
