The DC012 radio has the ability to charge any DeWalt battery from 7.2 volts to 18 volts. And this is true across platforms, both NiCad and Li-ion batteries are compatible with the charging and playing applications.

- Digital Tuner with LCD display, built-in clock, and 8 station memory presets
- Runs off of 7.2V to 18V DEWALT NiCd and Lithium batteries making it a cordless radio
- Dual pivoting 11" flexible antenna provides more durability and better reception
- High efficiency weather resistant speakers with dual bass ports for maximum bass and range
- Weather sealed charger door opens easily for fast battery changes
- Has an iPod nest with front accessible auxillary port
- Heavy-Duty AM/FM radio with auxiliary port allows user to listen to the radio or CD or MP3 Player
