Easy to install and set-up, the Grinding Belt with Base can tackle daily grinding, deburring and metal removal with a high performance and quality job every time. With the three-phase motor, GRIT contact wheel and GRIT high performance grinding belts, daily grinding becomes an efficient and high quality task.
- Compact design allows for working in confined spaces
- Long term use is created by the 4,000 Watt, three-phase motor design
- A higher removal rate is provided by the contact wheel with spiral slots
- Reduced vibration, low noise operation and tool longevity are all provided by the drive pulley with polyurethane coating
- The fabrication quality of the machines allows the Belt Grinder to be used in professional settings for high quality performance
- Automatic belt tension and simply setting of the belts is provided by the patented belt tensioning design, regulated by a pneumatic spring
- The flat material grinding table is height adjustable and able to be retracted when the machine is not in use, which protects the graphite pad from wear
- The machine is easy to use due to the tool-free adjustment of the working height, chip container, grinding gap and eye protection shield
- External dust extraction equipment can be added thanks to the integrated connection point specifically designed for the dust extraction equipment
