It has a high power-to-weight ratio with 230W output at just 3.7 lbs. for more work and less fatigue. The small grip circumference at only 7-1/4" around the barrel makes for easy handling and control. Its powerful motor keeps the cutting speed consistent even as the load increases. The externally accessible carbon brushes enable you to make quick and easy change while also extending tool life. Plus, the reversible blades provide 8 cutting edges and require few blade replacements.
