Hitachi gives you a finish nailer that does all the hard work for you with this 2" Gas-Powered 18-Gauge Straight Finish Nailer (NT50GS). Powered by a gas fuel rod and lithium-ion battery, it's the ideal nailer for overhead applications because it's lightweight but efficient. It has a quick clear nose with tool-less jam release for easy maintenace and reduced downtime, allowing you to finished tasks quicker. The double lock fuel compartment latches securely and keeps the fuel rod seated firmly. The batteries drive up to 2,000 fasteners per charge, plus the fuel rods power 1,200 drives each. A convenient low-battery indicator light lets you know the battery status, preventing unexpect downtime. Its patented elastomer handle is comfortable to hold, ensuring a secure grip. The detachable no-mar nose cap protects work surfaces from scratches or indentations, plus it has a variable position hook to accommodate both right- and left-handed users. The straight magazine holds 100 18-gauge fasteners from 5/8" long to 2" long. Plus, it also has a reload indicator that tells you when you're running low on nails to avoid dry firing.
