Product Description
Jet has you the woodworker in mind with this 17" Drill Press (354173). Its spindle mounted dual laser guide system provides a consistent drilling crosspoint on the workpiece, and it has an integrated AC worklight to illuminate dim working areas. The poly v-belt drive system is quiet and vibration free, and it has an extra large work table that measures 14" x 18" for plenty of work space. The hinged metal belt and pulley cover provide easy access to the quick adjustment motor mount to allow rapid speed changes. Plus, it has an adjustable tension spindle return spring that is perfect for repetitive drilling of the same depth. Powered by a heavy duty 3/4 HP motor, it's designed for both right and left hand users.
