Its exclusive SandSmart™ infinitely variable-feed control continuously monitors the load on the drum motor and automatically regulates speed of the conveyor motor to maintain highest feed rate without overload. It also produces the ultimate finish at a rate from 0 to 10 feet per minute. The patented conveyor belt TRACKERS™ dramatically reduce the need for manual belt adjustments, while the drum ball bearings are sealed and permanently lubricated for longer life. The large cast-iron handwheel adjusts height at 1/16" per turn for precise sanding thickness control. Plus, the on/off switch has overload protection and is front-mounted for operator's convenience.
