Jet combines durability and efficiency with this JWBS-20QT-5 20" 5 HP Bandsaw with Quick Tension (710755B). Powered by a 5 HP motor, it has an impressive 12-1/4" resaw capacity for cutting large pieces of wood, slicing veneers and cutting book matched panels. The triangular design provides superior column rigidity, while the precision computer balanced wheels eliminate vibration for accurate blade tracking. There's a foot brake for rapid stops, and the 8-spoke band wheels are computer balanced to spin true without vibration. The rigid, heavy-duty guide posts has rack and pinion adjustment for extra blade support. Plus, the blade tension scale allows precise blade tensioning.
