The MK-212 wet cutting tile/stone saw comes equipped with a powerful 1-1/2 hp direct drive motor that allows the cutting of tiles up to 2-1/2" thick. A 10" blade capacity and 38" of carriage travel allows you to rip 36" and diagonally cut 24" tiles. A fully-adjustable tilting head allows easy and precise 45º miter cuts up to 1-3/4" deep. The pivoting blade guard allows for easy blade changes and will accommodate an 10" profile wheel. The MK-212 has many features usually found on high-end saws; plunge cutting ability, efficient water delivery system to suppress dust and cool the blade, and a removable water manifold for easy cleaning. The cutting head is mounted on a roller-bearing carriage running on a stainless steel rail for superior accuracy. The saw frame is constructed with powder coated heavy-gauge sheet metal and cast aluminum components. A 1/4" thick replaceable rubber mat covers the cutting surface. The MK-212 has built-in lifting handles for easy transport, built-in stand with removable legs, and comes with a 10" MK-415 diamond blade and an adjustable cutting guide.
