Dadoing and rabbeting in wood and plastic is a cinch with the DEWALT Oldham 7" x 12-Tooth Carbide Adjustable Dado Blade (7005012). It makes consistent smooth cuts and adjusts to any width from 3/16" to 13/16" without removing the dado from the saw. It fits most 8", 9", 10" and 12" saws with 5/8" arbor. It's 7" in diameter, and has 16 sharp teeth for quick and easy cuts.
