This kit combines the functions of the Model 402 Porta-Nailer and the 404 Facing Nailer into one versatile flooring nailer kit with an extra shoe and shoe base for additional flooring applications.
The Porta-Nailer 403 Hammerhead is designed to properly seat the nail with one or several blows of the hammer. This tool offers the prawl and rachet assembly. This assembly insures that the ram does not return until the nail is properly seated. The Porta-Nailer drives the nail into the tongue and groove flooring at a 45� angle for wood floor / subfloor / joist construction.
