A demanding work load is no match for the Powermatic 209 5HP 1PH 230 Volt 20" Planer (1791296). Powered by a 5 HP motor, it has 20" planing capacity for heavy duty work and a fully enclosed base cabinet with integrated casters for mobility. The cast iron table has extentions to create a work area of 55-1/2" x 20" to accommodate any task, and it also has a 5" dust port that connect easily to any dust collector for easy cleanup.Its 4 feed speeds (24 and 31 FPM, 16 and 20 FPM) provide versatility, while the heavy cast iron extension wings ensure flat, smooth cuts. The corrugated infeed and fine groove outfeed rollers allow for a smooth feed, plus the anti-kickback fingers and pressure bar are located close to cutterhead for an exceptional finish.
