Pros: SMOOOOTH accurate quiet
Cons: none but I liked the previous METAL carry case now plastic...

Comments:
Runs as smooth as a sewing machine, nice and quiet. I've used my first one to cut boards that were so accurate in their cuts with this that it was a glue-up quality joint, I was impressed from the get-go with this machine, now I want a second one.
