Pros: Great addition to your tools if you already have the battery and charger
Cons: Very expensive if you don't have the battery & charger, heavy for a flashlight

I've owned this light for over 2 years, and it is great. It is really bright, the head pivots to about six locking positions and because the Dewalt XRP batteries are heavy and flat, it stands up on just about any decently stable surface.
Great for looking in dark corners of basements or attics, working on my car or during a black out. I even knew one guy who used this when walking his little dog at night, in case any wild animals try to attack. I don't know if any ever did.
