Pros: great torque, reliable performance, long battery life
Cons: almost as expensive as snap-on
Comments:
The W360 puts my friend's Znex 3180 gun to shame when considering battery life and nut busting strength (and the Znex is no slouch) and my friend's brand new Snap-On li-ion setup is certainly no better, and perhaps not even as good as the W360.
The W360 is light weight, has a useful battery meter and is built very tough.
The li-ion battery holds its charge to the very end and is as strong at death as it is at full charge. It is also big enough to take apart an entire car's front and rear subframe, change 4 springs using compressors, replace 4 shocks and then put it all back together with 50% life remaining.
If you plan to work this gun, make sure to get the protective sleeve, you will be glad you did.

Pros: Power to Weight, Rugged Design
Cons: A little pricey for one battery
Comments:
I purchased the W360 to replace my aging DeWalt 18V mainly becuase the housing was cracking and the battery contacts were breaking off.
For starters - this is a great looking tool. Very tough looking and feels very solid in the hand. The all metal front end is a big plus.
Performance is as advertised. I don't run a lot of real agressive applications (lug nuts, lag bolts etc...) but I haven't found anything it can't handle yet.
Battery life is great - I am a NiCd convert so the Li-Ion just blows me away. I can't offer any comparison to competitors Li-Ion.
