Pros: self marking feature and durable casing
Cons: a little heavy

Comments:
This tape takes anything I throw at it. I have dropped it from the second floor onto the ground a few times and have had no issues. The self marking feature makes it much easier to mark my measurement with out having to find my pencil and the easy to use belt clip is simple to clip on and go. This is the perfect framers tape. Give it a try.
