A small gesture to be sure; however, it left me the impression you didn't just toss the merchandise in the mail and washed your hands of it,
but rather that you would have personally handcarried your customers' purchases to them if you'd had the means. Very nice touch.
There's no shortage of competition in the market and the margins are thin, so it's often the subtle, subjective, polished, front-end touches
that become the discriminators between the professionals and the outfits that appear cobbled together just to make a buck.
You were able to provide me an item I considered hard-to-find, you provided it promptly, and for a not-so-common item it was priced as if
I could have gotten it off the shelf any day of the week at any local hardware store.
