I was thrilled when this arrived-the capacity was supposed to be worth the wait.
From the first day-this unit knocked loudly. I called for service when the unit was 1 month old, and the tech agreed-
He took the pump with him, a month later he returned with a new pump-
the new pump was as loud as the old one, technician even said it had a design flaw inside-piston slap
long story short-I have a new complete unit and this pump knocks badly-so that is 3 in a row.
They are sending me a new pump, but tell me no more warranty. I have used it for a total of about 17 hours now, after owning a little over 2 months-I've been able to acctually use it for 1.
