This Fluorescent Green, Stripe Water Based Marking Paint from Seymour Paint (20-668) is a fast drying, permanent marking paint. You can apply it in an inverted position and it is safe to use on grass surfaces. While it has a water base formulation, it will not wash away. It is lead free and V.O.C. compliant. May be used by hand or with the optional accessories: Marking Wand (Z-606) or Marking Gun (Z-605.)
