Pros: Multiple tool design makes it handy to use only one tool throughout your entire job
Cons: May be a little heavy for hanging from your tool belt when in rafters

I ripped a roof off of an old barn and all I needed was the Functional Utility bar, it did everything from pulling nails to twisting rafters. The demolition head held up in a comparison to a small sledge and it effectively pulverized the wooden roof! By the time we were done with the demolition the old barn roof was indeed FuBared!
