I bought one of these two years ago. The first battery died and could not be charged. I called the company and they explained they had a bad batch and would send me a replacement. I supplied my info and received a new 18v Lithium battery in the mail within two weeks.
I have not had any problems with this trimmer and highly recommend it. I use it weekly.

Dave,
Thanks for this information regarding replacement battery. I was about to place an order, for a battery that last a couple of charges, but instead I will proceed to discard of both battery and edger exactly where they belong.

Original Lasted 10 Charges. I thought I maybe just was unlucky with it. So I bought another. It lasted about 10 charges and now wont hold a charge more than about 3 Minutes. Now I understand the 30 day warranty. Dont make the mistake of throwing away almost $70 on this piece of junk battery.
