Price Value Quality Performance Features This grinder runs much smoother, quieter, and cooler than some of lower end Milwaukees, and has a much better warranty than Dewalt. I thought the features such as "soft start" & "electric clutch" were excessive, but I love them. The soft start is really amazing, no more "kick" traditionally found in powerful grinders. One handed operation is much more comfortable. The only complaint I have is concerning the lock-on switch; it is difficult to determine if the lock is on or off when wearing gloves. It does not kick off as smoothly as one would hope & it too easy to accidently engage the lock.
