I ordered this kit but it was short one of the disc. I called to let customer service know about it and ask if the one missing disc could be pulled from another kit. They said no I had to send the kit back then wait for another to ship to me. Which would not be shipped unitl they got back the kit I was sending back. That would have been another 2 weeks before I got a new one. I needed the kit for a job I was doing so I had to keep it short one disc. I am sure this was not Ingersol Rand but probably a return or something that tool barn sold me as new. Horrible customer service. Will not buy from again.

Note to Review by ToolBarn.com Staff: We have had no previous returns on this item. According to the notes on the order. It appears Ingersoll Rand was unable to simply replace the missing disc. I have asked our call center staff to follow up with the customer to determine the missing part and make another request from the manufacturer to resolve the issue without having to return the whole item.
