The shipping deadlines below only apply to orders where all items are in stock. Orders with any out of stock items will not ship until all items are in stock. If you need to split up your order, please contact customer service at 866-597-3850 8a-5p CST Monday through Friday. Please check your order confirmation email to verify that all items are in stock. This data is also present in the cart and checkout review steps.

  • Orders with all items in stock placed by 5pm CST will typically within 2-3 business days during the holiday period.
  • We make every attempt to ship express orders same day (Next Day or Second Day Air) if placed by 12pm CST.
  • Orders with backordered items typically ship in 10-14 business days (2-3 weeks).
  • Orders may be subject to manual review if over $1000 which can delay processing up to a day

What shipping methods do you use?

We currently offer UPS, USPS Priority Mail, and LTL truck shipment options.

Why can't I track my Priority Mail shipment?

Priority Mail offers delivery confirmation only. For most shipments, the US Postal Service now provides detailed tracking information. However it is possible that packages may not be scanned as regularly as they are when using FedEx or UPS.

Product availability states "Ships In 10-14 Business Days"

If an item is not in stock, Toolbarn will special order it from the manufacturer upon purchase. Once the item is ordered, it takes an estimated 7-14 business days for the item to arrive in our warehouse (depending on manufacturer). At this point, the order will immediately ship and you will get a shipping confirmation email.

When will my order ship if it contains items not in stock?

Our policy at this time is to ship all orders when they are “complete”, meaning all items are in stock. If you need specific items to ship sooner, please contact customer service and we will accommodate.

Why didn't my order qualify for free shipping?

Orders over 70lbs or containing products labeled "oversized" are not eligible for free shipping.

How quickly will my order ship?

We normally ship all in-stock orders within 2-3 business days of the date the order is placed. If an item is not in stock we will special order from the manufacturer and it should arrive in the lead time stated on the product page. Typically special orders take 7-14 business days to ship however that varies by manufacturer. In some cases we are able to direct ship from the manufacturer. If this is the case with your order, the status will be updated to "Direct Shipment from Manufacturer." Typically, this adds 1 - 2 days to the time it takes to ship out and the actual transit time could be more or less than the estimate on the website.
