Jet gives you impressive load capacity, durability and strength with this L100-100-20 1-Ton 20' Lift (104220). Made of strong steel, its patented fused brake discs offer longer life and ease of replacement. Plus, its sealed ball bearing supported load sheeve provides efficient and smooth operation. The drop forged, carbon steel hooks are quenched and tempered to increase strength and will slowly stretch to indicate an overload situation. It has an induction hardened 100 grade load chain that provides 20% more strength than the common 80 grade load chain found on other hoists. The double enclosed brake cover keeps dirt and debris away from the brake mechanism, while the investment cast anchor plate and all other internal parts are fully heat treated and quenched for added strength and reliability.
