Unloader Valve with EZ Start 4500psi VRT3-310EZ

This A/R North America Unloader Valve with EZ Start 4500psi (VRT3-310EZ) diverts water flow into bypass when the trigger gun valve is closed. Unloaders may be designed to respond to either an increase in pressure or a change in flow. The unloader valve may also be used for variable pressure adjustment.
  • Vibration resistant dual locking nuts for setting maximum pressures
  • Larger diameter piston for more strength and contact area for shifting alignment
  • Discharge nipple sealing o-ring has been moved to the lower part of the thread to increase hydro strength and fitting strength
  • Shutter valve hex design means less contact area for smooth shifting (prevents binding), larger size for longer life more positive shifting
  • Built-In easy start valve relieves back pressure during engine start-up
  • Oversized handle for easier adjustment
  • Forged valve body for excellent strength
  • Two inlet ports
  • Two by-pass ports
  • Ultra-thick inlet and discharge ports for added strength
  • BLACK Color-coded spring and cap for easy valve identification
  • All ports are FNPT
