These 8" Heavy Duty Diagonal Pliers by Armstrong have precision machined cutting edges that are beveled for close cutting and they are induction hardened for long-lasting sharpness and durability. The high leverage design means the joint rivet is closer to the cutting edges which provides more cutting power than general purpose pliers. A solid flush rivet allows for smooth action and no handle wobble when cutting. For working comfort, the pliers have textured black over blue double non-slip dip grips. Manufactured from high alloy steel using the most up-to-date manufacturing process and heat treat for greater strength and durability. Meets or exceeds ASME B107.11M-2002 specification.
