Product is good but damage with delivery is horrible

So I have yet to actually get a reel that hasn't been damaged in shipping. I am hoping tool barn sees this review and packages the product better. The manufacturer's box that the reel comes in is very thin and cheaply made considering the weight of this reel. Both reels I ordered came with big holes on the side from the middle bar brace of the reel rubbing through both the inner and outer boxes during shipping. The protective foam came completely crushed and destroyed inside. Multiple holes and tears were all over both boxes. With Both reels, when I pulled them out of what was left of the boxes, I thought I got lucky and it made it okay other than a few scratches. That is until I tried to pull the hose out. Then you see where the reel has been dented and bent from shipping as the wheel turns. You can tell this is a very well-made reel that would last a very long time. Unfortunately, it is also crazy heavy. Im talking 75 pounds-ish and more like 100 lbs if it's the 3/8 in hose reel. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm. This time I messaged tool barn requesting they put the reel box into another box with padding when they ship it. We will see if this happens. It's a simple fix to prevent returns due to shipping damage. Fingers crossed guys!
