Poorer service would have been hard to find.

I purchased a tiny little bearing no bigger than a few quarters glued together, along with a vinyl thing to hold it in the saw. It could fit in an envelope, and sent immediately by usps. Tool barn decided to send it via ups. UPS then thought it would be an even better idea to not ship it by way of their own logistics. So, they let it sit, eventually offering up to the usps at holiday time. It makes no sense. They could have kept the $8.95 shipping that I paid, put the materials in an envelope, and I’d have had my bearing in four days. Ridiculous. The bearing works, as a bearing should. However, I’ll never use tool barn again.
