Great product. Awesome service!

I already owned a smaller version of this sweeper and began to look online for a bigger version. Toolbarn easily beat the pricing of my prior vendor so I ordered through them. There were some significant delays getting the machine due to COVID as I'm sure manufacture and shipping issues were involved. However, Toolbarn kept me updated most of the time and they were responsive when I got impatient and emailed. When the machine arrived, most of it worked well, but the circular brush had an issue with the attachment and fell off. This seemed to be a malformation in the plastic. I took a couple of pictures and emailed the sales group at Toolbarn. They quickly replied that it looked like an obvious defect and that they had a replacement in stock and on the way. The replacement got here in a couple of days and my crew loves running the wider sweeper.
