The Makita 40V MAX XGT Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless 2-Tool Combo Kit (GT200D) breaks new ground for the most demanding drilling and driving applications in wood, masonry and metal.  The GPH01 1/2" Hammer Drill/Driver is powered by a Makita-built brushless motor that delivers 1,250 in. lbs. of Max Torque.  It offers two speed settings and an ultra-smooth variable speed trigger.  The GDT01 1/4" Hex 4-Speed Impact Driver is also powered by a Makita-built brushless motor that delivers 1,950 in. lbs. of Max Torque.  It features a one-touch 4-speed power selector button under the chuck, allowing you to easily adjust speed to match the application.

First makita tools ive owned

Ive been using powertools for some time now and i finally decided to give Makita a try. I've come to the conclusion that Makita's legendary reputation is well earned and with the great promotions of free xgt 4ah batteries, I will definitely keep building my Makita tool set.

Fast shipping and great tool

The makita 40v is a major upgrade to my old makita LXT brushed impact and hammer drill. One thing I notice is the trigger on the impact is very touchy. Al’s it like a hairpin trigger. Very nice and easy to use. Very good customer service my package was here 5 business days
