Makita is a leader in cordless technology, and the XT510SM Combo Kit provides five cordless solutions showcasing the versatility of the 18V LXT® System. This Combo Kit is built for the user who requires a wide range of cordless solutions for drilling, driving, fastening, cutting, and lighting.

XT510SM includes a two-speed driver-drill, an impact driver that delivers 1,460 in.lbs of Max Torque and 3,500 IPM, a 6-1/2" circular saw that delivers 3,700 RPM for faster cutting and ripping through wood, a compact recipro saw that provides 0-3,000 SPM with "tool-less" blade change, and a high-luminance 4 L.E.D. flashlight that provides 160 lumens with a 12-position pivoting head. Also included are two 18V LXT 4.0Ah batteries, a Rapid Optimum Charger, and a handy tool bag to carry it all in. The tools in this five-piece kit provide cordless solutions to a wide range of applications.

It’s part of Makita’s expanding 18V LXT System, the world’s largest cordless tool system powered by 18V lithium-ion slide-style batteries. Makita® 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger.

For improved tool performance and extended battery life, Makita created Star Protection Computer Controls™. Star Protection is a communication technology that allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real-time and monitor conditions during use to protect against overloading, over-discharging, and overheating. For increased versatility, the tool can also be powered by Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Batteries with the star symbol on the battery indicating Star Protection inside.
