The Metabo HPT 16-Gauge 2" x 1" Wide Crown Pneumatic Stapler (N5024A2M) is a pneumatic stapler that is designed to drive 16 gauge staples with a crown of 1" of lengths between 1 and 2 inches. This tool is ideal for lathing, sheathing and insulation installation. It has a top load magazine that is an open magazine style which allows for easy loading as well as letting you see when you are out of staples. The larger magazine capacity allows you to hold up to 157 staples so you can work longer between reloads.

This unit is light weight, and user friendly

I bought this unit to do frame repair on a camper I picked up cheap. After tearing the siding off to repair a water leak issue. I found that it was so bad that the frame had to be redone. It was put together with staples, so I purchased this unit to do the job. Thus far it has been a joy to use, and it made my job a lot easier than expected. Today will be the last day of use on my project. What an awesome tool.

works great! does exactly what it's intended for

From the time it was pulled out of the box this tool has worked great. No jamb ups with staples. A really good tool for the shop.

Hitachi - Value, Quality, Power

After 30 years building manufactured housing with a competitor's brand of fastening guns, I own seven myself. A few years ago Hitachi was recommended to me by a local fastener/tool distributor when I was looking for a framing nail gun. The price was in line and I took a chance. The nail gun is bad-to-the-bone! Enough said. Recently I had a need for a 1" wide crown staple gun and checked out several brands. I bought the Hitachi and it works great. It is also b-t-t-b. The fastener depth adjuster on the guide body is quick and easy to operate. I have yet to find a negative for either tool and will consider Hitachi products first on future tool purchases.

This product is awesome!

This stapler gun exceeds all my expectations. I have fired over 2000 staples with it and haven't had any problem whatsoever. I was at first concerned about it not having single fire only switch in it but I've had no problem with double fires. I love the weight and balance and would highly recommend this stapler. Thanks Hitachi for a job well done!
