Great light with a ton of uses

This light is great for working on the truck, remodeling a home, setting up camp, emergency back-up light when the power goes out, and other late evening projects. I'm impressed with both the quality and the output. It's my go-to light for a multitude of situations. It's funny to pull this out while everyone is fumbling with their flashlights. Boom, daylight.

Nice Light

I like this light. I bought it as a backup light source when the power goes out at my house. The beam is somewhat focused however if I tilt the head up I can bounce the light off the ceiling and light a room. Works great outside lighting up an area. In hindsight the radius compact site light might have been a better choice for my intended use.

Excellent Light for a good price.

I purchased the Rover (3000 Lumen) and the Rocket (6000 lumen) to work as a pair. This allows me to light the area from both sides, and knock out a lot of shadows. The Rover was primarily purchased to work in my crawlspace. The AC adapter is a plus as well. It is fairly stout, but I have not dropped it yet. Please be aware, that is this light is about to be replaced, hence the price. The Good: I am able to point it where I want. It is fairly small. Uses batteries I already own. It has and AC adapter. The light is very bright. The price was $90.00! The Bad. I wish it had more granular control of the light. It only has three levels of brightness. It could use a magnet / rafter hook to improve light placement. The ****. Milwaukee batteries are not cheap. I wish the AC adapter had a cover. I am happy with the purchase. A good light that I don't have to wear on my head, or hold in my hand. JW

Nice light

I use this light as a jobsite task light to light up when I'm working in an attic or at night outside working on breaker panels. It does a good job of lighting but always seems to blind you if you are in limited space and trying to find a spot to place the light somewhere other than on the floor in your way is hard to deal with. Also it would be such a better light if it had its own built in rechargeable battery that automatically charges when you have an extension cord plugged in. Or charge the battery pack when a cord is powering the light. It would be nice if the light had some means of hanging or clipping or something for more location options other than sitting on the ground or on a table or toolbox

What is the list price on this thing.

I really needed a good cordless light for a difficult job. I paid a lot for it at my electric supply house. It worked great but I just want to find out why it was so darn expensive.
