this is the right 1 & lots of brightness 4 me 2 see when i work in the places that have no light & i like that it has 3 settings of h-m-l & u can also change position of it that's cool & great 4 when your on or what your doing .

Multiple Brightness Settings

Plugged my M12 2.0Ah battery in, the lantern is great, throws a lot of light, with multiple intensity settings. My only wish - that it could use greater than 4 Ah batteries. Some negative reviews of Milwaukee tools on this site and others, I have to wonder if they bought fake or returned/resold products online from unauthorized resellers. I buy from Home Depot - no product quality issues, easy to return, warranty is valid.

Very well built and good clean light.

This is a high quality and innovative lantern. The build quality is outstanding and the light focusing from 180 to 360 degree is genius. The USB port is a very nice touch and requiring the USB switch to be depressed before providing power is a good idea to save the M12 battery life. I really like how the hooks on top fold out of the way when not needed. I knew in advance that the light output was 400 lumens, but in real life I wish that the light were a little brighter. That is not a con because I knew the output before purchasing the lantern. One borderline con is that the light seems to slightly strobe when it is on high output. That said, the true color claim is true as the surroundings look perfectly lit by the lantern. A nicety is that the medium output setting is only slightly less light that the high output setting. This gives you longer runtime without sacrificing too much light. I'm very pleased with the light and will use it often.

Another outstanding Milwaukee tool!

I purchased a drill driver kit and the lantern came free! I am blown away by the quality and design of the light. The USB charger jack is a fantastic addition to this light! I use it daily to keep my phone charged on no sites. Keep up the great work Milwaukee
