Great Product

I picked one of these up about 8yrs ago off the snap-on truck. Im an automotive tech and use this thing religiously, it fits into tight spots, has a good deal of power to break fasteners loose. I still have it, and its still kicking (just not as hard as it used to), but I loved it so much I got the new Fuel 1/4in rachet and cant say enough good things about Milwaukees products. Simply top notch

Not so great

I used this tool for working on cars, trucks and snowmobiles, and one day the head broke off. It should be built much more stronger.

Will buy only Milwaukee power tools

This ratchet is amazing. As a professional automotive technician at a dealership I use this every day. After almost 3 years of everyday use, the head that holds the socket broke off. No problem I emailed Milwaukee and sent it off with them paying the shipping. In exactly 7 days i had a package delivered from them. I thought it would be my rebuilt ratchet but they sent a brand new one! Awesome product with even better customer service!

warranty service

broke cam shalf been in repair shop 3 months they said Milwaukee would not release the parts for repair.
