The Milwaukee M12 FUEL Hammer Drill Driver (Tool Only) (2504-20) is the most capable, lightest weight, most compact tool in its class. The POWERSTATE brushless motor delivers the power to do a wide variety of applications at 1700 RPM’s and 350 in-lbs of torque. Weighing only 2.3 lbs, it is extremely portable. At 6.6" in length this tool has the best access in tight spaces. Redlink plus intelligence protects the tool from overloads and overheating while ensuring maximum performance. Using REDLITHIUM 2.0 Ah compact and 4.0 Ah extended capacity battery packs they deliver more work per charge and more work over the life of the pack than competitive batteries.

Made easy my job, you know is Milwaukee good price

Is light , is powerful , the hammer is incredible , battery charger fast and duration is great

Great size great weight great drill

Having a fill half inch capacity in this small sized drill is very convenient. Obviously the M12 drill isnt as powerful as the M18 but thats not a bad thing. This drill is very convenient to use especially getting into tight spaces. Convenience trumps power 85% of the time.

Nice compact Hammer drill

Small drilling projects. I like the compact size for small hammer drilling jobs into into mortar and concrete. Its a lot smaller , lighter and easier to carry use than my M18 hammer drill.
