Too hot for my blood!

I use this drill to run holesaw bits, drill holes in steel and aluminum boxes, and sometimes drive screws. It gets so hot it nearly burns my hand (no blisters, it's like running my hand under very hot water). Torque selector: on low settings, the CLUNK CLUNK keeps it from actually having very low torque, it can still break delicate fixtures. Sometimes I drill on high torque to avoid wrenching my wrist, this is not possible with this drill as highest torque setting (just below infinite torque, drill setting) is maybe 20 pounds I can stop it with my hand, no glove on. Maybe I am expecting too much of Milwaukee. I bought this in a kit, which I will be returning.

I would if improved or fixed

I purchased this drill a month ago and now when I try to use it it sounds like insides and moving around. I havent done anything that would make I do that. The impact I have doesnt give me any problems and this drill hasnt up to then

Works okay but has issues

Like a few have stated every few uses bits just fall out and the chuck completely loosens. I normally only but the fuel line and wanted to save a few bucks on this as it isnt my most used tool but Im now wishing I just bought the fuel model. If youre on the fence just buy the fuel model.

My First and Most Used M18 Tool

This driver was the first Milwaukee cordless tool I owned, and served a wide variety of daily tasks, well beyond it's intended purpose. I over-used one of these for 4 years as a stand in for a die grinder/grinder in work prepping steel repairs and engine work with a wire wheel. I have used this for almost every task imaginable, and when it finally died, I quicly replaced it and continue to have it as my go-to driver for use around home and when travelling. The fuel hammer drill has replaced it for more professional use, and does have more power for tougher jobs and hammer drill function, but this is a great quality product.
