I use this on a farm. Purchased it 10/10/2015. Loved it - usually use high speed; low speed/high pressure setting would break through a plugged zerk if the plug wasn't severe. If it can't break through, it's impossible to remove coupler from zerk for a few minutes until the pressure leaks down somehow. I especially like the "stroke counter" feature that you can set to deliver however many "strokes" you want. Makes servicing multiple similar joints faster and more consistent. The "feet" on the gun make it easy to crawl under equipment and keep the gun in hand. Grease hose is a good length, and the strain relief on the coupler end of the hose is good protection, but makes it impossible to access some zerks because it can't bend tight enough. Would like to see Milwaukee replace 6-8" of the hose with solid tubing having a 30 - 45 degree bend 3-4" before the coupler. Of course, there are some zerk locations that would'nt be able to access, but fewer in my work. Very please overall, but disappointed that the high speed gear setting stripped 2/3 of the way through year 6. I use it frequently, but only seasonally in farming, and only every other day or so. Still, it's outlasted Alemite and battery live was much better. (I don't use the small batteries, can't remember which ones I use.) I bought another one the day after this one stripped, and will have this one repaired so I'll have two. Still the best gun I've had, but I hope Milwaukee will beef up the gears.
