#1 go to tool

I am a mechanic in a Aerial truck repair shop. I use this tool all day every day. There is no tool on the market that I could recommend more. I have used all the others save the new IR and Mac. Mac guy quit again so I will probably not ever get to try it out. The IR is much bigger and noone in the shop wants to get it sight unseen. Most of us have the Milwaukee. The Snap on comes close on torque and they seem to have fixed the problem with it breaking in half from normal use however it costs 3x as much. Sent into Total Tool once for a intermittent switch issue, less than a week back in my hand and working. I had to use my 1/4 hex with an adapter that week. there is a night and day difference between the 2 set ups. If you are using the 1/4 with adapter, do yourself a favor and get this and stop breaking the adapters. Mine is 4 yrs old and has been torchered every hour of every day since I bought it. I make my living with this tool. 5/8 bolts with stover nut is no problem, it works hard but it does it. I have 30-40k in snap on, they make incredible tools but for the 18v class i come up Milwaukee every time.

Exceeded my expectations

I work as an agriculture tech fixing large farm equipment, I have used Snap-on Electric tools for a while and gave this one a try. I can say I was amazed at the power this had. This would remove bolts a cordless 1/2 inch Snap-on impact couldn't. One thing I wish was different is the light being a little bit brighter, other than that it is an amazing tool and will definitely be switching the Milwaukee cordless tools.

Very powerful

Bought this kit about a year ago, great for taking off lug nuts,brake calipers and mounting brackets even suspension bolts on cars. It fits in many small spaces,has 4 torque settings so you don't have to worry about breaking bolts. This is the one of many other milwaukee power tools that i own.

Best 3/8" impact on the market

I replaced a dewalt with this tool. After using this impact, I took the dewalt home. No comparison. Milwaukee makes a great product. Everyone in my shop is purchasing these. Have the drill as well. The drill is a beast. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.
