Why the cheap zippers?

For a company that advertises reliabilty..you should be using quality zippers on these backpacks. Zippers failed within a month and I'm suprised Milwaukee dropped the ball on quality control.

Good backpack but needs work

I use this as a school backpack right now and it does not hold up there, the stitching is fraying and the back pocket is getting torn off from light duty, would not recommend

Best backpack hands down. Very high quality

Super comfortable. Easy to take inside and set up shop!!! The gel straps really add that final touch as well!!! 10/10 would recommend

Great bag would buy again

Bag has plenty of room, pockets have held up well over time, surprisingly comfortable even when full. Solid waterproof base durable handles. As a hvac tech hauling tools across rooftops for some repairs it does get some sun, the plastic face has become a little fragile, and ripped.

Quality design, bad quality zippers.

I use this tool bag weekly, and it hasnt been able to keep up the zippers unfortunately have broken. Personally I have enjoyed this bag and the design of it. The biggest thing about this tool bag that I love compared to some other competitors like Kleinis it has a hard plastic bottom and allows the tool bag to stay standing up and stable even with the zippers open. Im writing this review today because the bag has officially broke, the zippers no longer work and have completely busted off. Ive tired to have my bag serviced at a authorized dealer and I got turned away, and was told to use the website when I tired Using the etool warranty claim isnt available for this bag. I wish it could be fixed or replaced but it seems as if when this bag breaks your out of luck. This bag may be good for casual work, but day today in construction it hasnt held up.
