Superfan disappointed.

So Im a Milwaukee Tools til the grave type of guy. The only tools I buy are team red. My coworker even call me the Milwaukee Man. Lol. But, I purchased this bag for small jobs that I didnt need a lot of tools on me. Most of the time I pull my whole packout out and just roll it around but if I only need a few things then Ill just load up the backpack and tote it around. And that was going well until it wasnt. First I noticed the stitching coming apart that hold the zipper to the material and didnt really give it a second thought. I was okay with that. But when I went to zip it and the whole zipper broke loose from the fabric I was very let down. Now Im stuck with a backpack that stays open all the time and wont zip. Utterly useless to me now. I take so much pride in Milwaukee and just feel let down with the quality of this. Also Ive reached out and tried to get customer service to replace it or at least fix the zipper but cant get them to accept the fact that the bag I was sold was flawed. Its a bummer to spend over $100 on a bag and only get to use it literally 3-4 times. IF ANYONE ACTUALLY FROM MILWAUKEE IS READING THIS PLEASE HELP ME OUT. A Co-worker bought a dewalt bag the same week I bought my Milwaukee and hes still using his with no problems and makes sure to rub it in my face that his dewalt is tougher than my Milwaukee.

Good Backpack.

Really good Backpack. Well made. The fabric feel very thick. I wish the laptop was in a separate pocket with its own zipper and some hard plastic reinforcement. Too much pressure from tools can damage something like a Surface pro. Happened to my coworker. It would be great if it had small zippered pockets on the sides where the tape holder is and in the front. I really like the big outside pocket because i keep my Surface pro inside the bag, but when i know im going to be using it a lot it fits in that outside tablet pocket. I would trade some of the big inside pockets for more small tool pockets. Overall i would buy again. I apologize for having another Brand's screwdriver ( the only non-Milwaukee tool I've owned in many years) but we need an updated M4 screwdriver. We need more torque, a LED light and make the charger USB powered.
