Maybe I should switch to DeWalt?

Im a Milwaukee man plain and simple but some of there recent stuff just seems to lack craftsmanship. The front zipper busted and then the seams completely came undone so that pocket is now useless and just flappy. Also the webbing on the front is slowly breaking one by one. MILWAUKEE HELP ME OUT!

I love & hate this toolbag

It has enough room to store most of my hand tools. It's heavy enough as is, I'm not carrying power tools in it. Seriously, what professional is carrying a laptop in a tool bag Don't eliminate the pocket though, very useful. Downside: Interior collapses; it would be better to have a rigid structure or support. The time I spend in this tool bag is holding it open to find whatever. It would be better with something to maintain it's actual shape. I've considered welding a 1" tall steel rectangle to affix to the top of the bag, but I feel it's Milwaukee's job to up the stakes. Zippered pouch on top flap; if your flap is open and pouch un-zippered, everything falls to the floor. Maybe make it a side zipper. Then, either way the flap goes, it highly reduces the need for cleanup. Sidenote: I'm secretly hoping Milwaukee will contact me to test their products & give them feedback.

Way to bulky

I have used many service bags in my day. 22 years in the trade and this product has all the features I want and need. It works with the pack out system which is great, has a pocket for my tablet and plenty of storage. The had safety case on the out side is awesome as well. the problem with this back is that it is way to large and I will never use it on a daily bases. It pretty much is only going to be used as a replacement for my bucket that held all my extra tools. If I would had seen this in person I would not have purchased it. Would be a great option if it was half its size or maybe 3/4. This bag is too big for every day service calls. Unfortunately I bought three and none of my others techs even want to use them do to size.

Meh

I switched from a Veto Tech XL to a this backpack. the only thing it has going for it is that its a backpack and it attaches to my Packout. Wont stay standing up, zippers are a pain when it flops open and forces the zippers to go all the way to the base of the bag. The zippers dont work well at all either and theyre always kinked at the bottom and I have to yank on them to get it to close. Even when its moderately full of hand tools you cant even get a impact inside the middle section and close the bag. Molded front compartment is good and protects contents well and the side pockets hold both my meters but they bulge out too far and wont let the bag securely attach to my packout.
