High visibility laser etched markings allow you to easily read measurements on the carpenter square. Angle finding markings help you in setting common pipe angles.

Must have for carpentry work!!

This framing square is accurate and very easy to read. I do a lot of framing and just in general a lot of wood working projects at home, and this has been a staple tool. Very light weight and durable!!

Makes the job easier

The light weight makes it easy to use both hands. It's feature writing is easy and visible. Perfect marking lines. Just really easy and helpful to use.

I would highly recommend this tool for wood work

I been a milwaukee tool user for the past five years. When I first used the aluminum framing square, I loved how it helped me to make more accurate measurements. When working with wood in framing a house you need to make the most accurate measurements.

i would by it again

the review just above me mentions off by a 16th on one of the scales .... your on the tenths scale ! so no its not off by a 16th! this ruler is right on , on all side. the thickness of this thing is great and more importantly visibility of the numbers great. The two reason why i had to have this .

Good looking square but...not accurate.

I came across this square at my local tool store and really liked what Milwaukee had done with their version of a framing square. The square was much thicker than the competitors I had in my other hand and I really liked the holes for layouts and such. BUT I got home and while admiring my new tool I did a simple check to see how accurate the square was and to my disappointment it was 1/16 out in 24. Maybe the one I got slipped by the QC check..hopefully I can find one thats accurate.
